Lunch Menus

To place your lunch order, please follow this process:
 
 
  1. Please visit https://llcharter.familyportal.cloud to begin your order. This will need to be done for each child. The deadline for ordering a meal is noon on the previous Wednesday. For example if ordering meals for the week of August 11th, you would need to have your order(s) submitted by noon on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
  2. Each Monday and Wednesday meal is designated as a school meal. Each Friday we will be serving meals to help raise funds for our various clubs, sports teams, and school projects.
  3. Your child's homeroom teacher will print a list of all students signed up for a meal that day and notify them of the selection.
  4. At the appropriate time, your child will visit the food truck and/or have their meal delivered to them.
  5. Meal prices are as follows:

The food truck was purchased during the 2024-2025 school year from a local vendor. Many hours were spent cleaning and renovating it for use at the school. We have added a new 8 burner cookstove, installed a water supply, installed a new 300-pound propane tank, and added stairs for easy access to the serving window.
 
Meals will be served each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday by PRE-ORDER ONLY. Monday and Wednesday meal payments will help maintain the food truck and hopefully lead to us building a full-fledged cafeteria some day. Meal choices for the month will be posted in the section below by month of offering. ​Please place your order by Friday at noon BEFORE the week you are ordering for.  This ensures we have the funds to order the correct amount of food and have met everyone's needs.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept walk-up orders or cash payments.
 

Each menu item on the calendar lists the main entree.  Each meal is also served with 2 sides (options change based upon available items).

 

Meal Magic

Meal Magic provides the interface for placing meal orders.  Connected with their interface is a payment processing platform - Vanco.  Parents are able to preload each child(s) account with money and can also specify certain details about how that money is to be spent.

Due to generous support from donations and grants, we will be offering lunches at a reduced cost of $3.75 for students and $5.00 for staff. Prices are subject to change.

Support for families in need will be provided based on Federal Poverty Guidelines

 

NOTE: Food for lunches is ordered and paid for in advance after an order has been submitted. Therefore LLCA will not provide refunds for lunches that are missed due to conflicts absences, or other circumstances resulting in a missed lunch.
