At LLCA, we understand that teachers are the key to the classroom and how critical the right teachers are to your child’s development.  Our teachers stay current on the latest teaching tools, technologies, and methods in order to provide students the best education possible. Considering the unique way in which students learn and develop, we understand the importance of employing only the most qualified and compassionate North Carolina licensed teachers
 
The role that teachers play in a child’s education matters a great deal.  All of us likely can recall a teacher that helped guide us at just the right time into the individuals we are today. Perhaps they passed along an important life lesson or helped us to see our true potential.

 

Teachers educate us on far more than history, math, art, science, music, or English. They help us to understand the world around us and ask questions when we do not understand. They teach us how to set and achieve goals. They teach us about hard work and the importance of doing the best we can in all that we do.

 

Effective Collaboration for Optimal Success

 

Although parents play a major role in a student’s access to daily lessons, performance assessments, and the student’s management of his or her time, they are by no means alone. Our parents, students, and teachers collaborate regularly to overcome obstacles and provide the tools and support needed to help students achieve

 

We keep our students at the center of every decision. We believe that all students can learn and achieve.  We are continuously developing and building programs that address the wide spectrum of opportunities and academic abilities of students, leading to each student’s success.

 

Teachers interact with students and parents in several different ways, including:

  • Regular progress meetings

  • Parent/teacher workshops

  • Teacher-guided outings or clubs

In addition, our teachers are available to answer questions, address issues, and provide support regarding your child’s education as needed. While they may not always be able to reply immediately, our teachers can typically respond by phone or email within 24 hours.
